We have great experience with swimming lessons for our 14, 10, and 8-year-olds. The facility is excellent — clean, modern, and well-maintained. Ofek is an outstanding instructor, and our kids absolutely love learning from him. Highly recommend!

Pathetic swim place. They don't maintain any logs for the swim classes, the coaches keep changing so kids don't have a same teacher for long and have to start again as all the teachers have own style. This will be my 3rd teacher for my girl and now new issue that I have paid for 6 lessons and now they are saying I owe one lesson to them. From last 3 months I am exchanging emails, they don't have any contact number to talk to and I am requesting for a phone number which is getting ignored again and again. They don't care of hard-earned money of people and their time. Its frustrating to even email to them as they are saying same thing again and again without understanding what other person is saying. If you would like to waste your time and money, please go ahead and join Swim Cleveland in Beachwood. On top of it, no refund policy. Updated after Owner Brian’s reply : Thanks for your sympathy towards my sad life and also thanks for offering a call to me after my review here. I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. All the best to you for your unorganized classes where people are paying more than what they are getting out of it. I have lost my money but will warn everyone else to think 10

One year, we had someone experienced who was good. Second year (2021) we were with them, we got a teenager who did not get results, but worse, failed to tell us the pool would be closed or reschedule with us. We went and no one was there! It took several days to reach anyone and we never heard from the instructor. Not even an apology for zero communication from either the man in charge, Brian, or the instructor. We were told, since the pool was closed, we could get our remaining lessons after they moved back to their own pool, but only if I registered for more money, $75. I shouldn't have to pay more money to get two lessons cancelled not by us and without any notice or prior communication. I have since learned this has happened to others we know, in different years, so cannot recommend them. We found a better option, ate the loss of lessons paid for, and are not returning. Response: First, we exchanged emails and I stopped emailing you back after it was clear I would neither receive a reimbursement for lessons you cancelled with no notice, nor would you provide those lessons unless I paid additional money. Asking me for more money for lessons I did not cancel and no o

The instructors cancel with no notice. There was a 5 week period we had no lessons. The program is very unresponsive an unorganized. When we made a complaint there response was to threaten to kick us out of the program. They also do not have a phone number and you can only email them. I would recommend going to a different swim lesson for your kids. UPDATE The only thing that was "offered" to make it right was tell respond to my email that someone else was covering the lesson that was missed. however our lesson time was already over. My children were not running, and no complaint was made this week. I have them sit and read during their siblings lessons. their are other children that run around, but as they are not my children they are not my responsibility. Brian never said anything to me about my children until we complained about the swim lessons, at that time he threatened to kick us out of the program
